Argentine Tango in Minnesota
The first Minnesota Argentine Tango Music Festival coincided with the first visit to the United States of master dance instructors Gri Montanaro and Gastón Torelli. I was asked to photograph a concert at the Parkway Theater in Minneapolis and the Grand Milonga (dance) at the Historic Triune Masonic Temple in St. Paul. I also created portraits of maestros Montanaro and Torelli at several locations in Minneapolis.
